  • Pros

  • The ease of implementation and the support. The training opportunities to use the tools and level of service has been great to allow my organization to focus on other things.
  • Love the ease of ease and the professional facing website and features. Star Chapter customer service is wonderful to work with.
  • StarChapter is secure and reliable. We know that if there is any issue, StarChapter will be there so our website can be restored quickly.
  • Cons

  • The system is frustrating to use with confusing interfaces and annoying formatting glitches throughout.
  • Customer service hours suck. No excuse there are no evening or Saturday hours.
  • The inability to change the REPLY TO in all instances is horrible as people generally trash emails received from unknown or unidentified users like those that read "info.

  • The program is robust for the price point, which is great for a small nonprofit like us. It will save us countless hours with membership and conference/event management.
  • They offer a good overall product for Member Management, Member Communication, and Event Management at a good price. They have many more capabilities that we have not taken advantage of.
  • Out of the box, MemberLeap is a feature rich association management tool. But what gives MemberLeap the distinct advantage is their dedication to improving the product in customer-centric ways.
  • Cons

  • There are a few layers to get through to create designs and some areas can be frustrating when you forget how to do something. We are beginning to create some how to videos to assist with this.
  • There is such a wide variety of reports it is hard to keep track of what each report does.
  • The Admin interface is hard to learn unless you have something specific to do.
