  • Pros

  • Ability to generate and share flexible agendas. Creating minutes during the meeting this is fabulous.
  • Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.
  • We are entering into their second season using TidyHQ and we are confident to say it is the smarter way to run our meetings and the smarter way to run our administration.
  • Cons

  • Frustrating and I feel I am a slave to a corrupt old system. I would like to be released but I am forced to use this, and pay a greater amount every month.
  • It’s been confusing especially because of the association name change.
  • Missing an attendance tracker for something that is not an event.

  • It is something I havent seen elsewhere. They want to make sure that you are doing what you need to do in order to serve to the best of your ability and I really appreciate that.
  • Great customer service overall good system for non profit organization. User friendly and meets almost all our business needs.
  • Hoping they can keep this excellent service going for a very long time. Also, the support team and responsiveness has always been great.
  • Cons

  • It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.
  • The WORST Experience - After 4 years of subscription services.
  • I'm struggling to find something negative to say.
