  • Pros

  • Love the toggle between clients feature. As a technician collecting data, it makes it very easy to have everything I need on a user-friendly app.
  • Accel is easy to use because it is has a simple, modern user interface with the ability to switch up how the user view targets.
  • Cons

  • There is no ipad/apple application available for Accel which puts it at a disadvantage as it is only accessible on small screens. Data collection is not able to be done from the web.
  • I don’t like how it’s only accessible for android and how difficult it is to delete accidental data collection (for example If a client gets ahold of the device and bumps a button).

  • SimplePractice is really easy to use and the user interface is nice. It makes a lot of the monotonous tasks of documenting and billing super easy.
  • I love how easy it is to take care of everything I need to regarding client on boarding.
  • Cons

  • My cost s going up over 60. Current customers complained in large numbers and the new company basically ignored them.
  • I think it is something that should be an option. It is too bad that is not an option for people that are more challenged by the program.
