Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

Therascribe has been very good. It has helped improve my efficiency and customer service is great.

TheraScribe customer support is super responsive, always heard back when I've emailed with tech questions within the hour. I love TheraScribe and would recommend to any therapist.

Sometimes the problems and treatment options are limited and i have to create my own.

Especially the progress note planner. However, the antiquated nature of the program plus cost is a massive drawback that made it not worth it.

I tried to install it on two laptops and it was a mess.

I love how easy it is to use, from the assessment to the treatment plan, through the notes, easiest program I have found.

I love the ease and speed of completing a progress note. The pull down's make it very quick and easy.

Customer Support is amazing. Program is great with a few areas for improvement.

It’s all in a thumb drive or on your computer. I still have many hard copy charts.

I like that the Wiley planners can be integrated. Printing is not a difficult thing to accomplish.

Not MAC compatible, so I have to run a VM. This causes storage problems.

I have been using theraScribe since 1999. It is best software I invested and worth every penny.

They definitely have a deep understanding of the Mental Health field. The software interface is very intuitive and the integrated help feature is amazing.

Overall it’s an excellent product with professional looking documents and treatment plans. Ve been using it since 2006.

Part of it was great because having the Wiley's planners built into the program is amazing.

It's very easy to use and easy to learn. The end product presentation is great.

A huge disadvantage is that Therascribe is software that is downloaded on the laptop or computer no online access at all. You have to use the laptop you have it installed on to document.

I have had struggles with using the software on two computers and having them interface with each other.

The treatment plans are well written and organized and offer a good variety of explanations and treatment tools that can be used. I like the compatibility with Helper Software.

Still getting used to the system and sometimes feel funny not hand writing my notes but with a busy and full practice this helps simplify life.

Practice planners are great, so helpful for writing treatment plans and creating reports. This is my favorite part of the program.

TheraScribe is an EHR (Electronic Health Record) system designed for mental health professionals. The system allows clinicians to track patient data, assessment information and results, treatment plans, and progress notes. 

TheraScribe uses the Wiley Practice Planner content, by Dr. Arthur Jongsma, to help to build a comprehensive treatment plan. The clinician can use pre-written point and click progress notes, SOAP notes, and enter their own narrative progress notes. 

TheraScribe has a built-in appointment scheduler so clinicians can track all their appointments, reminders, and meetings. The appointment scheduler information can be pushed to Outlook. All the information in TheraScribe can be printed in fully customizable report templates. 

TheraScribe is sold on a per practitioner basis. It can be used by a solo practitioner all the way up to a large facility. TheraScribe is networkable, HIPAA and DSM V, ICD-10 compliant. TheraScribe can also provide a data hosting option so that clinicians can access their data from multiple locations.
