  • Pros

  • In nine month with Azalea we’ve seen increases in revenue and reduction in administrative time. Each month we are discovering more ways to use the features to optimize the work at our practice.
  • I am able to print and view reports about accounts receivables, collections and payors at any time and for any period. All this at a reasonable cost and a peace of mind.
  • Cons

  • Providers complain that systems does not allow the review of the hierarchical codes for ICD-10.
  • This is a very cumbersome and confusing EMR. The screens are not intuitive and the system is extremely hard to navigate.

  • I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those.
  • It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.
  • Cons

  • Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.
