With them providing an easy to use product designed for pediatrics, it was the obvious choice. #### Cons The cost of course. Unfortunately, even upon specifically asking, the company does not notify us of changes we will experience and issues that may occur when updates are installed. When they are reported, tickets are opened and nothing is ever done to resolve the problems... we have to learn to deal with them.
