  • Pros

  • We have always liked ChartLogic and recommend it highly. They stay on top of requirements for Meaningful Use and are always helpful to the customer.
  • This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.
  • Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.
  • Cons

  • Lost my practice $53,000 in 18 months due to timely filing denials and not paying attention to claim denials.
  • Admitted their fault in most of the problems, promised to reimburse me for the lost revenue, then completely stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Dont waste your money here.
  • THese have to be fake glowing reviews. We have had nothing but trouble, failed roll outs, bad customer service from the start.

  • What I like most is how easy it is to use and how organized everything is. Also the customer service is amazing.
  • Most important very seldom any issues with Herfert. I love the help section system documentation, this is amazing help at your finger tips any time you need to know Herfert system.
  • Every time I have a question or suggestion, the staff at Herfert are fantastic about walking me through. I also enjoy the ease with registering patients.
  • Cons

  • I'm not sure why, but it seemed a lot more difficult that google, so I ended up using gmail. Everyone complains about the confusing statements too.
  • The reminder sending isn't very fluid, and building a schedule can be frustrating. We currently export the schedule, then cut and paste onto a new excel page to print for the day.
  • Every month, I have to explain it to Dr. Ward. It is the write off section that seems to confuse people.
