Pros/Cons
Pros
- We have always liked ChartLogic and recommend it highly. They stay on top of requirements for Meaningful Use and are always helpful to the customer.
- This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.
- Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.
Cons
- Lost my practice $53,000 in 18 months due to timely filing denials and not paying attention to claim denials.
- Admitted their fault in most of the problems, promised to reimburse me for the lost revenue, then completely stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Dont waste your money here.
- THese have to be fake glowing reviews. We have had nothing but trouble, failed roll outs, bad customer service from the start.
Pros
- Excellent The support team walked me through each detail I am grateful for the time they spent with me. Their investment if time with me told me it would be worth it.
- The super bills and patient summary is and pertinent negatives are also perfect and very easy to work with.
- They have a great training program that is a must with any new EMR. The staff also enjoys the ease of use for the product.
Cons
- Unable to cut and paste templates. Had to build templates by clicking buttons in different categories making transfer from my Practice Fusion more complicated than it could have been.
- Extremely difficult to understand. Tech support is extremely delayed and not enough.
- Text messages reminders don’t seem to work all the time which can be a little annoying.
