  • Pros

  • We have always liked ChartLogic and recommend it highly. They stay on top of requirements for Meaningful Use and are always helpful to the customer.
  • This software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service reps are Super nice and helpful too.
  • Tech support is excellent and always available. I love the Chat Now feature where you can get help and answers immediately.
  • Cons

  • Lost my practice $53,000 in 18 months due to timely filing denials and not paying attention to claim denials.
  • Admitted their fault in most of the problems, promised to reimburse me for the lost revenue, then completely stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Dont waste your money here.
  • THese have to be fake glowing reviews. We have had nothing but trouble, failed roll outs, bad customer service from the start.

  • Great reports to keep your office on top of meaningful use. By far the best EHR company out there.
  • But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.
  • I absolutely love this app, and it has been an integral part in improving our patient care and management/delivery of medications.
  • Cons

  • I have called at 5:30 pm for an emergency leaving full details of problem, a call comes until next day, nothing solved plus a nonsense explanation of why not.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE and TROUBLESHOOTING, even pre COVID-19 they are terrible. Lines 99% busy, long waiting, often instructed to leave a message.
  • Inability to easily have common meds and their dosing conveniently able to be plugged in to a script.
