There was a bit of a delay for our staff to get accustomed to having everything so organized in one location. Previously stringing together various platforms created a lapse in a single interface.

The product offers a wide array of features and is very adaptable to the needs of practices both large and small. The vendor is quick  to respond and provides excellent customer service.

It's actually pretty user-friendly. It's a good place to start for a small company but after you get over 10 people you'll probably outgrow it.

Easy to add clients, additional therapists and overall use is intuitive.

Usually it takes them 48 to 72 hours to get it fix. Time is money and that alone is something you should be aware of.

Learning the billing and accounting management part of the system was facilitated by excellent customer service with knowledgeable support staff.

I like the patient portal feature. I also like the ease of billing through the clearinghouse and the therapist dashboard.

But they have terrible documentation. Most of the time the documentation does not explain what something does, or how to use it.

I lost several staff through the process. They were teaching me how to implement the system, but not how to use it.

Love the patient portal. We are able to send out documents for people to sign virtually which is also very helpful.

Overall we have been very pleased at how ClinicTracker has helped  our clinic function more efficiently and has reduced cost of printing and admin filing time and outsourcing billing.

The Diagnostic Assessment, Crisis Plan and Treatment plan are useless in their current state. You of course, can pay them to customize it.

Our company provided APIs to embed video conferencing into Clinic Tracker meeting scheduling sysytem. The experience was great, the team was very helphul and responsive.

I like that I have better supervision over my staff. The note is the superbill so we have better staff compliance with notes.

It is an integrated, customizable product that can grow with us. It does not work well with Apple products, at all.

I liked that connecting with clients was easy. The link to the conference room was nifty and easy to use.

Our providers love the EHR and HR tools for practice management. IT is one of the EHRs we recommend when our clients are looking for the best.

We chose to move to ClinicTracker in July 2010 because of its versatility and customer support's ability to make custom changes for us.

This EHR feels unnecessarily clunky and complicated. It is somewhat difficult to navigate and is not particularly intuitive.

You have to go back & forth with them 4-5 times before they will even look at the issue. I swear they are reading from a script.

We went through a consulting process to help us choose the right EHR given our wish list.

Sometimes it is difficult to log on delaying access which can be a little frustrating when trying to get on quickly.

ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management’s scheduler includes billing and electronic medical record, where the patient’s information is recorded in the database and all the claims and invoices against the patient are displayed and can be generated automatically. The mental health practitioners can create notes and alerts on each patient that can be linked to the patient's medical records. This helps the patient to view their medical history at a common location.


The scheduler also helps in booking appointments that can be edited and modified using the drag and drop feature.
