- The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully will be easy to use when finished setup.

- There was a bit of a delay for our staff to get accustomed to having everything so organized in one location. Previously stringing together various platforms created a lapse in a single interface.
- In fact it doesn't even show you a pop up message after it has logged you out with no warning whatsoever.
Pros
- The program library allows you find other useful program to add for your client, the training videos are also very helpful for training parents, and is it very user friendly.
- Their onboarding and support teams are efficient and proactive. It is clear management cares about their clients and is invested in their success.
Cons
- There are also way too many drop downs and switching windows happening within the software just to see the information I need.
- The plans are fairly useless to us in the field as they are not designed for clinical practices. The behavior reduction program layout makes it too simple to just check a lot of boxes.
