I love the fact that there is a contact tab and it shows everyone who has a release for information. The cost of ad on features such as IQ and the client portal or prohibitive for smaller agencies like mine. We always go third party on these types of features because it is never cost effective to use Credible's. Compared to other applications I've worked on this system answers most is not all out needs.
