What I like best is that DAQBilling is very user friendly.

I love the ease of use of DAQBilling. It is easy to navigate, to change the schedule, appointment types, or billing codes to meet to your own practice's needs.

If I had to say something negative about this product, it would probably be the ongoing monthly charges.

Also, we are able to edit the super bill whenever to suite the doctors needs.

Compared to other software programs I've used in the past that take weeks of training in order to use them in live time, this is great. They are very reasonably priced/a great value for money.

Well from switching from Visionary Office, I love DAQ Billing. It was a nice change to be able to start new.

The management staff is absolutely useless. Sad part is that the employees that answer the phone are very nice and really try hard to help, but most problems have to be elevated to management.

I am able to easily keep track of referrals, color-coordinate the schedule, posting insurance payments is s breeze. The number one thing I love most is that correcting a error is super easy.

Apparently, the guy we had was leaving for a different position. That was very difficult, because my new rep had no idea where we left off.

The program has detail billing and financial reports which are important to billing company. Very user friendly with short learning curve, especially helpful to our  clients who also use the system.

Often needed but unavailable support is terrible.

At times DAQ will move so slowly it needs to be restarted. Any claim being worked on will be lost and need to be started over.

I recommend it to other medical colleagues, too, because we have never had issues with it, and my staff really likes it. The pricing is great, and they take care of mailing our paper claims.

Sold Electronic Ub-04 Billing does not do it. Encounters get lost between software and clearinghouse.

What I like best about this product is the clean, simple, easy on the eyes and user friendly format. And the data import from visionary to DAQ was seamless.

This software is very user-friendly and efficient, and the customer service is outstanding.

Also, our practice LOVED being able to make our own encounter forms (super bills). We were able to cut our doctor out from paying a copy service as he had been doing for many years.

They always blame some kind of update or try to blame the client because we used a feature that apparently does not work. My advice is do not have the feature if it does not work.

DAQbilling has provided me the ability to grow my billing service beyond what I had imagined and still be profitable.

Also, it is fairly easy to submit claims and manage the scheduler. Lastly, customer support is easy to reach and readily available and helpful.

There are still some issues where I believe the two programs can talk better. Vendor support is excellent.

Easy to use and they are there for me every step of the way.

Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.

The support staff is amazing and very helpful. For me, that is the best part of Therapy Notes.

My overall experience with TherapyNotes has been great. They have done an amazing job creating this software.

I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those.

It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.

If you have a problem, they spend hours blaming you. When that’s not the problem, they escalate and/or refer to the “development team.

They even have a telehealth platform integrated. The customer support is top notch, quick to respond, timely and efficient, helpful and always pleasant.

In February, when I was warned of a charge pending for lack of compliance, I called Therapy Notes. They then told me it WAS required.

I don't need the condescending ways that TherapyNotes literally PREVENTS YOU from, rather than cautions you about, doing certain notes out of order. Cautioning is a superb idea.

Intuitiveness and ease of use, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of features that fit my growing therapy practice needs.

I love the quality, organization and ease of use. They also have an amazing customer support team that are available around the clock to give support.

Overall great and cost-effective in the long-term.
