Additionally, I needed support to sign in once and found the customer care team to be extraordinarily responsive and effective. I find that when I use this app I get immediate benefits and long term benefits depending on what my objectives are when I open it. Cons: Unfortunately, despite all the push messages and the knowledge that this app can genuinely make things better for me, I find myself making poor choices in what app to open when I'm not well or when I should be dedicating time to my present and future wellness. I also really love how it sends me little " pings" every once in a while to remind me of things like breathing and slowing down and thinking positively ( and short courses that are available to help me with these things) . It become an out of sight out of mind thing in our busy lives if someone doesn't remind you every once and a while to take your mental health into consideration so I love that it does that for me.
