  • Pros

  • I LOVE KASA and have been using them for 3 years. They save me time and money with their program and their assistance with my private practice.
  • I'm not quite 6 months in, and there have already been updates that have improved my experience with the software. I appreciate that the navigation between pages is simple and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • M not the only person who thinks that- it legit is terrible. Billing people are incompetent.
  • I understand the reason for having to verify submitted dates of service but the two step process is sometimes frustrating due to the added time.

  • I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those.
  • It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.
  • Cons

  • Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.
