I love how creative I can be when planning treatment for my clients, whether it's managing behaviors or creating thorough and precise treatment objectives.

The difficulties we experience are when our staff makes an error and the system blocks us from completing progress notes. However, this is an agency issue and not Noteable's.

From discovery to implementation, above all the things I appreciate about this platform the customer service and support is like none-other.

Features were pretty easy to use and the implementation process was very easy.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are glitches because something else is open or something gets erased.

I also like the analytics category, which I use often to identify consumers that are seen over approved units.

I am overall very pleased with Noteable. I am very happy with the support that we are provided when there is an issue.

Reliability has been spectacular. Staff have confidence when taking data now.

We appreciate their exceptional support and knowledge as our agency navigates this system and learns the best way to utilize it. During COVID 19 pandemic, Noteable instituted a telehealth system.

This system is super user friendly. My direct contact is always very helpful when I need things changed or updated, which has helped with implementation significantly.

Does not have a visable spell check button-or am i missing it.

There are so many built in features that ensure you, as a practitioner, have an easy job in managing and ensuring quality care.

All the staff I work with continually rave about how easy and fun Noteable is to use - which in turn allows us all to have more fun in the work that we do.

I love how I am able to create forms and be able to shape the software to fit the need of our specific company.

Noteable EHR is the perfect solution for any behavioral health business. It offers a comprehensive suite of features, including electronic medical records, practice management, and analytics.

Overall, Noteable has been the best EHR system we have used (they were our third product).

I love that it is user friendly and I am able to get help when needed.

The only thing I would change is allowing due date stops for all documentation and not just quarterly reports.

Noteable has such an intuitive, creative, and easy user interface which makes using this product (and teaching on how to use this product) such a breeze.

There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site.

The visual schedule helps me keep track of my own schedule.

It is very hard to access on a mobile phone/tabletx.

Is easy to used, and I like to see the information like in a excel.

My experience and my present time with NPA has been great. I have been using this for 3 years and I like the easy  flow of entering my appointments and pulling my reports.

It is easy to use and if you run into any problems you have a case person for your account to help and you have a help service department to also help if needed.

He also let's me know if anything has to be re-summitted or if any problems come up.

I'm honestly very frustrated with the lack of training and other assistance available to learn this system.

They've taken functionality away from us and then ask us to add the missing functionality to their feature request list. I'm shopping for a new system.

The NPA Knowledge Base is not well written and contains both very technical and very confusing language which makes troubleshooting extremely frustrating.

I get all my billing done and all my claim information and authorization all at my fingertips. It is a great software and I love it.

I like how accessible the program is and how its prompt pretty easy.

I have a great relationship with my case person for my account and that is a comfort to me, I can always depend on him to help.

Easy of navigation throughout software for scheduling and rendering.

I like that it provides a lot of needed information.

It's a very technical system. The worst is the Flexible Reporting, which is not user-friendly.
