NueMD is a nice product with a good interface and reasonably priced, so overall a good option to keep on the table.

Pricing, ease of setup and use, claims management screen is a great tool, EHR integration, pricing, support staff, amazing user guides.

I appreciated the simplicity of the NueMD design; it was easy to extend schedules, and the design was two-dimensional. I also liked the reports that could be run about types of services rendered.

When an issue arises with your contracted services, NueMD is not willing to credit you for the downtime or the inconvenience. Blocking and unblocking has no user information.

Once therapist side of evaluation, daily, progress, and discharge notes were developed, they worked well. Good training on how to use with therapist side and intuitive.

Overall great EHR once learned that serves as an all in one for medical documentation and billing services.

I used Nuesoft for 1 year and then I lost a major account due to provider going on medical leave. I could no longer afford it so I had to drop it.

Found out my billing specialist was moved to another area and I was the one who had to reach out to get help. I finally saw the writing on the wall in January and immediately cancelled my contract.

If I ever have any questions, the vendor is always available to help. My account manager not only helps, but she explains things to me so that I have a better understanding of how it works.

We have no real complaints. The only thing I wish would change is the cost of the product.

The quality of the clinical documentation is evidenced based. As a manager, the system provides the ability to easily review, assess, and process documents as needed.

I would use Opus to do psychoeducation evaluations and again the system and program guides you through the evaluation with ease, allowing  you to do your notes in an organized manner with efficiency.

I most appreciate the high level of customer support I receive from OPUS when wanting to make new or additional implementations into the already amazing platform.

It has incredible capability and functionality. I have worked at numerous treatment centers, none of which carry the sophistication and ease I see in OPUS.
