"Satisfying overall but could improve in layout"

"I like the calendar sync option, as it keeps my appointment private (i.e., labeled "appointment"), though stays up to date with my google calendar."

"I like that I can customize what information to see for each client in the portal."

### Cons

"We have grown to the point that it no longer suited us and the updated version did not allow us to import or transfer our records without locking everything permanently, so we had to go to an entirely new system."

"Their "updated" billing system never works correctly either - you still end up having to go through clients accounts in detail which is so time consuming."

"Sometimes ERA's don't even appear back in the system to reconcile them - even thought I am paying for the service. "
