The software is feature rich and reliable. The price is also very competitive for the rich feature set.

The patient portal is too difficult for patients to navigate through so the idea of having them self-register is out the window for me.

I have used the old version and the new 2.0 version of this software for the past few years. The newer version is definitly better than the older version.

It is very easy to implement and use. It is reasonable priced and I could integrate online payments.

I have had a wonderful experience with this product and recommend it, so long as you are willing to learn to use the interface.

The other big feature is the ability to integrate the online scheduler with my website. My patients love that feature too.

I contacted my rep with billing questions and had a 30-minute demo with her over the phone which was extremely helpful. She is a therapist as well so she knew first-hand what my needs were.

There is no way to send intake forms to clients and there is no e-signature capability. There are many pieces that need upgraded - too many to mention.

Overall I am pleased with  TherapyAppointment. It meets my needs and the improvements that need to be made are not deal breakers for me.

It was a bit awkward to figure out at first but we all got the hang of it after a short while.

The user interface is simple and a pleasure to use. The monthly flat fee has saved me a bundle in time and money in comparison with hiring a billing person, which I did for many years previous.

I have to wait on someone to call me back. Being in a private practice, I have limited time to make calls so when I call that's the only time I have available.

I also like that clients can schedule themselves.

I was easily frustrated by needing to figure out where everything was since it is completely different than the current program.

This program is wonderfully built to support my therapy practice needs. I can easily enter and access client information, upload documents, schedule, check billing and contact customer service.

I love the reports you can run in the program. It is about to be updated, so that improves the look and user capabilities.

However, when it has to do with the upgraded 2.0 system and the problems involved, the Customer Service is poor.

Overall it's a nice comprehensive EHR system. The new platform makes it not only look better but easy to use.

Love that we will have the ability to reserve playroom through the software.

User friendly and customer service is very helpful and kind. Love the 24 hour text message reminders to my clients.

Excellent electronic health care record for therapists.

The billing has been good, and the reports are great. For the most part, customer service is generally responsive.

It follows my own processes so I never forget to do a step. I also appreciate the ease of billing with it.

We need to move to the new system for many reasons. The messaging system is difficult to utilize.

Therapy Appointment has the best customer support. It's in the top three of any business I've ever worked with.

It's nice to have that taken care of with the program submitting to insurance companies.

Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.

The support staff is amazing and very helpful. For me, that is the best part of Therapy Notes.

My overall experience with TherapyNotes has been great. They have done an amazing job creating this software.

I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those.

It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.

If you have a problem, they spend hours blaming you. When that’s not the problem, they escalate and/or refer to the “development team.

They even have a telehealth platform integrated. The customer support is top notch, quick to respond, timely and efficient, helpful and always pleasant.

In February, when I was warned of a charge pending for lack of compliance, I called Therapy Notes. They then told me it WAS required.

I don't need the condescending ways that TherapyNotes literally PREVENTS YOU from, rather than cautions you about, doing certain notes out of order. Cautioning is a superb idea.

Intuitiveness and ease of use, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of features that fit my growing therapy practice needs.

I love the quality, organization and ease of use. They also have an amazing customer support team that are available around the clock to give support.

Overall great and cost-effective in the long-term.
