Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.

The support staff is amazing and very helpful. For me, that is the best part of Therapy Notes.

My overall experience with TherapyNotes has been great. They have done an amazing job creating this software.

I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those.

It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.

If you have a problem, they spend hours blaming you. When that’s not the problem, they escalate and/or refer to the “development team.

They even have a telehealth platform integrated. The customer support is top notch, quick to respond, timely and efficient, helpful and always pleasant.

In February, when I was warned of a charge pending for lack of compliance, I called Therapy Notes. They then told me it WAS required.

I don't need the condescending ways that TherapyNotes literally PREVENTS YOU from, rather than cautions you about, doing certain notes out of order. Cautioning is a superb idea.

Intuitiveness and ease of use, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of features that fit my growing therapy practice needs.

I love the quality, organization and ease of use. They also have an amazing customer support team that are available around the clock to give support.

Intuitive, Great Customer Service and Always Improving.

The benefits I get from Navicure is the simplicity of working our A/R in one program. Claims are very easy to resubmit right from the dashboard.

The rejection messages given are extremely confusing. Very hard to figure out how to fix the actual problem.

It links with our Practice Management software systems making file submission a breeze. And the batch history And search options make it easy to Find anything you’re looking for.

Navicure has been an excellent partner in revenue cycle management. It's ease of use and intuitiveness is first rate.

Waystar's Dashboard is easy to use and basic clearinghouse function is good.

Waystar has a nice interface and is fairly user friendly. Many features makes claim processing quite efficient, and is very easy to use.

They have a huge list of insurances OR you can have them send a paper claim.

I like how easy it is to use and organizes our data. I like that we can correct claims and resubmit them instantly.

It simplifies the way I do billing. It integrates with my  electronic record software and makes the process easy.

After my initial setup my statement went out, but the next month I uploaded statements again and was told that there was a margin error. It was fixed but it caused a delay in statement processing.

Appealing claims on Waystar is super easy, and tracking down claims that were paid but somehow didn't get into your EMR is also really easy.

Great ease of use, very well laid out, the menus and explanation of rejection are easy to figure out and correct.

The billing is a little confusing. We have a parent account that used to be Zirmed and another large account that used to be Navicure.

Zirmed provides excellent revenue cycle management, it is easy to use and responsive.

Customer support has always been very good and the site is easy to use. Help features are also of great value when we hire new staff or need to find answers to questions.

When you leave their service, they require 90 notice to get there money.

It is a great payment system and it makes my job easier with how easy it is to go through the system.

Editing rejected claims is very easy. There are also Premium products you can buy if you would like to streamline your RCM such as code look up and insurance verification.

It has made the ease of electronic billing very simple and helpful. We went from paper billing and this software could not be anymore user friendly.

The conversions have been successful thus far. Our frontline users report an easier user experience and our core registrations/billing/collections system interfaces nicely with the Waystar product.

Their customer service lives up to the 3 ring rule. Customer service are very pleasant and helpful  on the phone.

I like the monthly webinars as well as the payments solution. It's easy to navigate through and find what you are looking for.

We are able to see payments in about 7 days which is helping our practice stay financially stable.
