I really like how having a mentor makes me feel calmer and more supported.

The standout feature for me has been the mentor and mentee matching. It's really intuitive, and paired me with a mentor who perfectly aligns with my professional goals and personality.

I found it really difficult to schedule meetings in the app so i use Outlook instead. I also use outlook to chat with my mentor a lot more.

Guider is not always easy to use and will sometimes lag with messages which leaves it difficult to communicate with long distance pairings.

As a mentee, it was great to setup my profile and be matched as a suitable starting point using this tool.

Sometimes there were bugs with the scheduling part of the app, where it was hard to edit or cancel an appointment (and so we had to use alternative methods to arrange things).

Really excellent platform - thrilled that I get to use it.

It is an easy to use platform that has enabled me to look outside of my part of the business and reach out to others which in turn, could help to progress my career.

Some early teething problems with my ability to remove myself to be viewed as a mentor, but this was corrected.

Realistic pricing - many of our clients are not-for-profits or industry associations with limited budgets so it's great to be able to offer them a quality product they can afford.

We feel like the Mentorloop team are now part of our team and we are sharing in the success of the program.

It is very easy to use from both administrator and user perspective, and that it has automated what was a very manual process.

I just feel the program is a bit clunky at the moment because it doesn't integrate very well  with outlook or enable you to archive your loops which is a major flaw I feel.

It's easy to use and simple to set up to be accessed by all employee's.

Mentorloop is of high-quality and easy to use, and with excellent and friendly customer support.

Some of the mentors had trouble uploading their CVs, but when we investigated it felt like the problem was at their end and not Mentorloop.

Customer service is great and everyone I have been in touch with is so lovely and reactive to any of my needs and questions.

The system in itself is very intuitive and the design is great, on trend and easy to use.

We were able to use the system to embrace diverse mentoring pools and the team behind the scenes helped us scope our requirements and deliver a solution that exceeded our expectations.

I love all the added extras - messaging, ability to easily email those on the database and really appreciate the aesthetics of the software - it looks great which is very appealing to me.
