It's a simple online tool with minimal frills that does the job you need - automating the mentor-mentee matching process with basic communication and reporting tools. This is an affordable mentoring software, designed for long-term programs, with multiple sessions that run every year. The first year requires some setup that can take a few weeks but future years comprises only maintenance and support. Setup includes installation and personalization of the system for your unique program with a customized mentor and mentee application forms, matching algorithm, branding, colors, styling and outgoing emails. Enable participants to either self-match, auto-match or you can match them from the admin panel. There is a basic messaging system, which can be integrated with free tools like Skype, WhatsApp, Google Docs and others. The key performance indicators (KPIs) you get are the number of mentors, mentees, matches, meetings and notes. Teams can also track website traffic.
