MentoringTalent is a cloud-based mentoring solution that enables human resources professionals to match mentors with mentees, create learning paths, facilitate communication and analyze the performance of mentorship programs. The matching module qualifies and pairs mentors with mentees using personalized criteria. It enables users to create growth paths and track performance on a regular basis, and it sends automated emails to notify students of upcoming sessions.

MentoringTalent’s enables users to create online profiles with descriptions to help potential partners understand each other’s qualifications, skills and areas of interest. The solution also includes features such as content management, group mentoring, personality assessment, surveys and reporting.

The system is user-friendly and customizable. Great customer/client support!

Within 3 months of program launch, over 200 pairs of mentorships were created! That's 200 mentees who might not have had an opportunity to find a mentor in the past.

Pros

I like that it's highly customizable. You can choose to turn on and off certain features at any point to ensure your program meets the needs of your organization.

Cons

So far, we've experienced quite a few hiccups with the HRIS integration. However, that could just be an issue associated with our HRIS.

Excellent, turn key service

Our company is in the process of launching an Insala portal. We required it to be connected with several HRIS, and LMS systems, and so integration could have been tricky. However, the Insala integration team was extremely proactive in anticipating issues that could have occurred, and working with our internal teams to resolve them when they did.
