The team really cares about each client, and takes time to understand your unique business. The initial functionality and set-up was easy, and as we grew, we implemented more and more features. If we had a suggestion on how to streamline a process, they listened. Cons: Learning to use any new software platform is difficult. But really, the support team is great and very patient! The development and deployment of the software was extremely easy and the communication with the customer service at Firestorm is amazing. Cons: The only downside is the back office portal is really designed for admin use on a windows and we use mac. It is not really that big of a deal but to some people it might be important to know that they need to use a remote desktop. Reasons for choosing Firestorm Party Plan Solutions and Exigo were not able to do what we wanted to do on Shopify and the shopify apps would NOT pass full order information on to the distributors Reasons for switching to Firestorm We saw the need to go to Shopify and ByDesign was not able to accommodate what our vision for the company way.
