Flight did an excellent job of keeping our company online and open for business. Flight's compensation engine is OUTSTANDING.

I feel that for what we pay monthly this should be included regardless of your monthly rate, at LEAST for the first six months after training.

The sales staff, Project management team and SVP were amazing.

I like the support team, their accuracy, time spent with each ticket and willingness to get on the phone if needed.

Never had that problem with IDSTC. Actually, this was a minimal problem.

We eventually made the switch to IDSTC and are so glad that we did. Not only is their staff extremely helpful, their customer support is outstanding, and their product is world-class.

I like the back end system and being able to see everything to be the most helpful to others in the company and to executive team.

When they make a mistake, they fight like hell to deny it. It took 4 years to get a refund and the error is still there.

Have to pay just for them to LOOK at the problem, then you're afraid to have them actually fix it. Difficult to communicate with them with only one point of contact.

I like that my team can have easy access to their portals and are able to do everything for their business from their portals.

That they can now easily integrated with multiple Gateways outside of Auth.net. It is not that it made it difficult but it now gives us a lot more flexibility to use other robust gateways.

Built for the cloud with a rock-solid software architecture that is easy to configure and NEVER goes down because it's natively hosted in Microsoft's Azure cloud.

The lack of integration with shipping services and accounting services causes extra manual work arounds.

Easy to onboard and cost effective with all the bells + whistles you expect.

It's also mobile optimized and fairly straightforward for a distributor to get maximum benefit from the available tools.

Contemporary design & flexibility for growing businesses. The ability to easily integrate into 3rd party solutions.

The software it's self is excellent, BUT MOST IMPORTANT is the outstanding customer service you will receive from every single person at this company!!!  Never have they let us down.

That said- the ONLY Cons I've found to date are my own shortcomings. When I have trouble mastering a feature or learning a new skill, I get frustrated.

The software is incredible and we could not be happier with its functionality, ease of use, ease of implementation and the support.

The customer service is unbelievably awesome, I needed help many times and they were there. The customization that we needed for the Company was so easy.

I'm grateful for the product and the service, and the software team and the administrative team are very, very considerate and great to work with.

MarketPowerPRO is a cornerstone of our online business, and it has been great overall. Especially when compared to the multitude of clunky software systems we have used in the past.

Our executive David, brainstorms our concern to provide best solution. Once familiar with system, it is easy to navigate.

It started with the support in regards to the compensation plan integration.

This has been a tough one. We've tried very hard to make this work for us and we're struggling.

The software must be user friendly and allow the client to be able to operate independently as much as possible making the immediate changes needed to run their business.

Official and the team were awesome to work with. We had the benefit of knowing what we wanted and mostly had all the graphics and other content ready to go.

They are responsive to our needs and their support team works very quickly to resolve any issue we have.

Ease of allowing the client to make most changes themselves & Customer Support.

As a data person, this is very frustrating for me. I should be able to write my own reports, upload products, skus, inventory, etc.
