The software it's self is excellent, BUT MOST IMPORTANT is the outstanding customer service you will receive from every single person at this company!!!  Never have they let us down.

That said- the ONLY Cons I've found to date are my own shortcomings. When I have trouble mastering a feature or learning a new skill, I get frustrated.

The software is incredible and we could not be happier with its functionality, ease of use, ease of implementation and the support.

The customer service is unbelievably awesome, I needed help many times and they were there. The customization that we needed for the Company was so easy.

I'm grateful for the product and the service, and the software team and the administrative team are very, very considerate and great to work with.

Some things are hard to find (remember where they are).

MarketPowerPRO is a cornerstone of our online business, and it has been great overall. Especially when compared to the multitude of clunky software systems we have used in the past.

Our executive David, brainstorms our concern to provide best solution. Once familiar with system, it is easy to navigate.

It started with the support in regards to the compensation plan integration.

This has been a tough one. We've tried very hard to make this work for us and we're struggling.

The MultiSoft Team has been absolutely amazing to work with in all aspects.

Often, errors or glitches I experience were specifically due to my own omissions.

There has yet to be any reason to offer anything but grateful praise on this product and team. I've spent most of professional career in one form of sales or another.

The software must be user friendly and allow the client to be able to operate independently as much as possible making the immediate changes needed to run their business.

Official and the team were awesome to work with. We had the benefit of knowing what we wanted and mostly had all the graphics and other content ready to go.

They are responsive to our needs and their support team works very quickly to resolve any issue we have.

As a data person, this is very frustrating for me. I should be able to write my own reports, upload products, skus, inventory, etc.

Customer support is always fast and knowledgeable.

There can be a lag in reloading. Takes a bit to catch up.

Inability to customize custom lists a little further so all 100 people on your list do not appear on your daily tasks.

Super easy to set up, import contacts from social media channels and even my iPhone contact list. Super important to have them all in one place.

Excellent and user friendly welcome to the platform, and easily accessible tutorials. Virtual Assistant is excellent, highly responsive and results driven.

In direct sales you have to work your business in pockets of time, so when I had a 20 minute window to work I'd waste 10 minutes just trying to get organized to start work.
