The software it's self is excellent, BUT MOST IMPORTANT is the outstanding customer service you will receive from every single person at this company!!!  Never have they let us down.

That said- the ONLY Cons I've found to date are my own shortcomings. When I have trouble mastering a feature or learning a new skill, I get frustrated.

The software is incredible and we could not be happier with its functionality, ease of use, ease of implementation and the support.

The customer service is unbelievably awesome, I needed help many times and they were there. The customization that we needed for the Company was so easy.

I'm grateful for the product and the service, and the software team and the administrative team are very, very considerate and great to work with.

Some things are hard to find (remember where they are).

MarketPowerPRO is a cornerstone of our online business, and it has been great overall. Especially when compared to the multitude of clunky software systems we have used in the past.

Our executive David, brainstorms our concern to provide best solution. Once familiar with system, it is easy to navigate.

It started with the support in regards to the compensation plan integration.

This has been a tough one. We've tried very hard to make this work for us and we're struggling.

The MultiSoft Team has been absolutely amazing to work with in all aspects.

Often, errors or glitches I experience were specifically due to my own omissions.

There has yet to be any reason to offer anything but grateful praise on this product and team. I've spent most of professional career in one form of sales or another.

The software must be user friendly and allow the client to be able to operate independently as much as possible making the immediate changes needed to run their business.

Official and the team were awesome to work with. We had the benefit of knowing what we wanted and mostly had all the graphics and other content ready to go.

They are responsive to our needs and their support team works very quickly to resolve any issue we have.

Ease of allowing the client to make most changes themselves & Customer Support.

As a data person, this is very frustrating for me. I should be able to write my own reports, upload products, skus, inventory, etc.

Having the ability to engage the field through triggered activities, create community structures and house resources in a digital library has been extremely beneficial to the success of our field.

No classroom/face to face training functionality currently - workarounds possible but it would be preferred to have this included.

Honestly, I hate that I didn't discover Rallyware sooner.

Rally is very easy to use to quickly create a project planning board to track the progress of the team. Its interface allows for users to update all of their tasks from one page.

Rally is great for its simplicity and low amount of overhead. I enjoyed the user interface as it was incredibly easy to manage all of my tasks without having to click to a myriad of fields and tabs.

Creating and managing tasks and content is very easy and simple. Finally, we are impressed by their support team, both in Ucrania as the local team in Peru, they are always ready to help us.

We launched it a short time ago and we are already having an excellent result in terms of engagement with our users.

The most interesting thing about this platform is the way the content is displayed, it is easy and pleasant to access. And of course the gamification attributes: points, badges and rankings.
