Troppe richieste di documentazione quando c'è una variazione dei dati. l'Impossibilità di emettere riba creando file CBI direttamente da Qonto.

Habe Geld von meinem Privatkonto auf mein Firmenkonto von Qonto einbezahlt, die Einzahlung wird angenommen danach Kontosperrung und kein Zugriff mehr auf dein Geld. Niemand erreichbar, keine Rückmeldungen, keine Ahnung ob ich jemals noch zu meinem Geld komme? Absolut unseriös!!

Sa clarté et le retour de toutes transaction immédiatement ce qui permet de gérer la gestion bancaire immédiatement comptablement parlant.

Cons:

De devoir payer une augmentation d'abonnement pour plusieurs intervenants sur le compte bancaire, par exemple le comptable qui ne peut que voir mais pas utilisé en émission, retrait et transaction bancaire, ce qui est un bien d'un autre côté.

Le service client m'a toujours renseignée /dépannée rapidement, agréablement et efficacement. L'interface en ligne est très visuelle et satisfaisant. On y trouve rapidement ce dont on a besoin.

Cons:

Il y a des frais alors que j'ai pas mal d'argent sur le compte. Je pense qu'il serait juste de proposer une déduction des frais quand on a une certaine montant sur le compte ou alors une facon de se rémunérer avec l'argent sur le compte.
