Wir erhielten per E-Mail die Aufforderung, ein Formular auszufüllen. Gerade in einer Zeit, in der Banken selbst ständig vor Phishing-Mails warnen, halten wir es für sehr fragwürdig, sensible Abfragen auf diesem Weg zu versenden, statt sie ausschließlich über einen gesicherten Bereich im Online-Banking bereitzustellen. Noch gravierender war jedoch der weitere Ablauf: Uns wurde praktisch keine angemessene Zeit gegeben, auf diese Anfrage zu reagieren. Innerhalb von weniger als einer Stunde nach Erhalt der E-Mail wurde unser Geschäftskonto gesperrt. Eine vorherige vernünftige Kommunikation oder die Möglichkeit, offene Fragen mit dem Support zu klären, gab es nicht. Durch die Sperrung sind uns konkrete Nachteile im laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb entstanden. Lastschriften wurden nicht ausgeführt bzw. zurückgegeben, Zahlungen konnten nicht wie vorgesehen abgewickelt werden und wir mussten kurzfristig erheblichen zusätzlichen organisatorischen Aufwand betreiben, um unseren Zahlungsverkehr anderweitig sicherzustellen. Besonders schwer wiegt für uns, dass sich auf dem Konto Firmeneinnahmen befinden, über die wir aufgrund der Sperrung derzeit nicht verfügen können. Diese Mittel stehen dem Unternehmen damit faktisch nicht für den laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb zur Verfügung. Gerade bei einem Geschäftskonto ist das ein erheblicher Eingriff, weil vorhandene Liquidität nicht genutzt werden kann, obwohl die Gelder auf dem Konto vorhanden sind. Dass ein Finanzdienstleister bestimmte Informationen oder Unterlagen von seinen Kunden anfordern muss, stellen wir grundsätzlich nicht infrage. Was wir jedoch kritisieren, ist die Art und Weise der Durchführung: eine sensible Anfrage per E-Mail, praktisch keine Reaktionsfrist, anschließend die Sperrung eines Geschäftskontos und keine vernünftige Kommunikation mit dem Support. Da eine direkte und nachvollziehbare Kommunikation bislang nicht stattgefunden hat, werden wir Qonto nun ausdrücklich auf diese Trustpilot-Bewertung hinweisen. Vielleicht führt dieser öffentliche Weg dazu, dass sich jemand den Vorgang vollständig ansieht und mit uns in einen vernünftigen Austausch tritt. Wir geben Qonto weiterhin die Chance, die Situation zu klären, die entstandenen Nachteile angemessen zu berücksichtigen und unser Vertrauen zurückzugewinnen. Wir sind gespannt, wie Qonto mit diesem Vorgang umgeht, und werden die Bewertung entsprechend aktualisieren, sobald es eine Entwicklung gibt.
