You can disconnect any device which you want, allocate a set of bandwidth and control basically all the devices in your network.Also, it's a cloud-based service which is more amazing.

The software can be used for up to 100 devices without charge making it very good value for money.

Easy to use, easy to setup, tools I use were pretty easy and straight forward. Clean interface and originally had great support.

A move from one office to the other involved no downtime of the network or the VPN thanks to the intelligent interface.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to configure the standard settings in the device. If you need help with something that is beyond your personal knowledge level, the support team is great.

Easy to use, was able to teach myself and a nice GUI.

I didn't have to use CLI to make any configurations. The GUI is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

I haven't used the software enough to have any criticism.

The per-user pricing was very competitive, and the available management options were well worth the cost.

It's not as full featured as something like JAMF, but for the variety of systems that it covers and its integration with Meraki I'd say its worth it.

This equipment becomes worthless without a license. Still no SSL client VPN.

The home page to each location always goes to the last page you had open on it which can be annoying but also niche.

What I like the most is that it is an easy tool to use. All components of the data network can be unified and managed.

It has something called ecotermination that can affect how new equipment is added or how licenses are added. And it is not very flexible to cancel equipment.

My overall experience has been good with Cisco Meraki. We utilize this network product on a campus where the switches aren't configured the same as other campuses.

We used a system integrator to obtain it but looking back we could have saved some money doing it ourselves but the quick onboarding and initial setup by the integrator ensured we got running quickly.

Ease of use and installation is also easy. Also it supports layer 7 firewall policies and a lot more features.

It is on a licensing deal. I would rather buy the application and devices and be done with it rather than worrying about figuring out licenses for everything as well.

The lack of integration with cloud services, and the lack of brand customization.

This is a one of the better cloud based platforms for networking and management. There is a lot of insights available within the dashboard.

Overall, this is a great product for ensuring the security on your devices.

Once you understand that dates will move about, it makes it easier, but there should be more warnings.

I would say it is an extremely user friendly product.

Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.

The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.

Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

With the big rebrand and integration with ConnectWise Manage the duo are now all that much better, complementing each others previous, non-focused features.

Overall connect-wise automate is a great tool for our environment to monitor our customers systems.

It allows tons of customization and enhancement to increase its power. There are also tons of free and paid integrations that even make it work better.

The format of the software and also how it keeps you updated to current events going on. The layout of the product is great and easy to understand.

It's been positive, but I would recommend shopping around to get the best tool for your firm.

Single place to manage your workstations. Great patching product, great control product, awesome scripting engine.

Automate struggles to manage devices across subnets that other platforms seem to be able to do with ease. So bad that we had to bring in Auvik to do this task.

I really like the remote control portion of the program. The ability to remotely patch servers and client devices is excellent.

My complaints aside, Automate has been a good investment for us.

Great customer service, with a large knowledgebase to assist in answering questions. They've been around a while, they're the best in the business.

This software's scripting engine is hands down the best. I recently saw the new interface that is coming to align the product more with Connectwise's main product is really nice looking.

The product is poorly designed for the user experience. The UI is not intuitive, so finding what you can do makes developing solutions difficult.

The desktop software can be sluggish. Rolling out Third Wall was very rough.
