The number of hours that we have wasted trying to get Jamf Now to work properly is shocking.

I like the clear UI so you can get a good picture of everything without digging down too much.

You cannot beat this product in quality, price, or performance. This is a dream solution to securing sensitive data.

The renewals of licensing/connections are a pain but I don't see that as a fault of Jamf. More that you guys have figured out how to make it less painful.

We had a problem managing and tracking our iPhones, a few times people quit and left the phone locked to there personal icloud account, we were unable to use the phone again.

Many very helpful and competent Jamf Admins are gathered there and they always know hot to get things done.

The setup instructions are complete and easy to follow and the customer service/help forums are very thurough.

Now it's beyond terrible. They have junior untrained people working at Jamf Now.

The only thing that we can complain about is that there is less granularity on JAMFNOW compared to JAMF PRO.

Application deployment is satisfactory and the ability to track each device via gps is a great addition which some of the largest MDM-vendors don't even have.

Also, there was no warning when installing as a device admin that Miradore cannot be removed without a factory reset.

Miradore's DEP integration is fantastic and allows for quick time-to-live deployment of an iOS mobile workforce.

Confusing interface and odd visual design (that cartoon character is really weird!).

It's reliable and pretty easy to use. We get all our devices (150 laptops and 150 phones) under the same software and register and there's also connector to 3rd party leasing-software which is great.
