  • Pros

  • My experience has been excellent so far. I had a great customer service representative help sign me up.
  • Showpass is a local business and our company loves to work with other local businesses. We love a good alternative to the high fees of the larger platforms.
  • The easy ability to edit and change all the information. The customer support were an awesome help.
  • Cons

  • Those who use it regularly have it all figured out. I sometimes push the wrong buttons.
  • Sometimes struggled with navigation when setting up our page.
  • The reporting can be a pain sometimes I would say.

  • They were kind, quick to respond and delivered a solid product at the best price in town. That's pretty darn good if you ask me.
  • This company is well staffed, and their product and implementation adept, efficient, and innovative. The customer service is also outstanding.
  • Their customer service is excellent and very responsive and patient for every question I have had for them. The reports are also very comprehensive during and at the end of an event.
  • Cons

  • I have not been able to "void" tickets which I should be able to do within 24 hours according to your information. When emailed tickets fail to "send" there is no error message.
  • I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.
  • As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.
