I have been very happy with my experience so far, I have always been replied to very fast and the service has been amazing. The dashboard is easy to use and very powerful in terms of results.

I've only very recently installed Cartloop and I'm pretty surprised at how responsive and helpful the customer care team are. The level of professionalism is outstanding. I'm not fully familiar with the interface yet but I'm impressed with how beginner friendly it is. My hope is to use the software for sms campaigns and cart recovery and it does appear to be a slick system. I will update my review in a few months time when I have more concrete findings.

So far I'm pretty impressed with the large number of features but I'm a little cautious on the pricing model. Time will tell if its good value based on conversions.

I am simply amazed by this app and by the team that’s working there. When I reached out to them, the team instantly responded back, onboarded me, created a strategy based on my needs. They promised to help me with anything that has to do with SMS and that was true. Whenever I was sending a campaign, they helped me draft the text and recommended me days and hours for better conversion. The results are also fantastic. I’ve been using automated flows for SMS and the results were decent, but conversational flows are way better! The results almost doubled. Highly recommend the app!

I really don't dislike anything about Cartloop. All the feedback I offer is often implemented which I love!

I like how the whole onboarding went: the team answered to my message in literally 3 minutes, we jumped on a call and they helped me set everything up. They invited me on Slack and their whole team is there. The way they communicate is fantastic and it shows they care about the customers. The results are also great. I'm using cart recovery and popup and my conversion rate was always beyond 40%. Simply impressed with how Cartloop managed everything

The personal touch that it has as I have an account manager that is with me every step of the way. I like how easy it was to set up and get the ball rolling with it. This seems like a software that will grow with you.

The way the cartloop app and team approach customer service is so unique and different then every other run of the mill SMS marketing app. They add a personal touch which is huge for our customers and we have seen amazing results compared to competitors.

We had a few issues with the Popup when we first started but the CartLoop team was amazing and so responsive to get it fixed and back up and running without really any delay.

Fast customer service and the integration process was very straight forward. Love the ability that I can set and forget and have someone else take care of the personalised experience that my customers are greeted with.

Would love additional features to be added such as a sign up form with discount that we can embed on the homepage.
