"In the end, we had to investigate the issue ourselves and identified that it was caused by an automatically generated workflow (created by their integration in Zoho CRM) that was incorrectly configured and resending messages even when they had already been successfully delivered."

"To make matters worse, after updating the app, we lost access to the workflow history, meaning we no longer have formal proof—something their team should have helped us secure earlier given the ongoing issue."
