About Drop

Drop is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses improve lead capture and marketing processes by sending ringless voicemails to prospects. Professionals can schedule campaigns and track the status of voicemails as ‘in queue’, ‘completed’ or ‘failed’. Drop allows organizations to generate analytical reports and send custom messages to leads immediately after sending ringless voicemails. Managers can configure business rules, upload audio files for voicemails and import contact records of leads using a drag-and-drop interface. Drop is the Leader In RVM Tech

Like anything, if you're new to RVM tech it can be mastering the art of effective message crafting, and timing, to get the results you're looking for, once done, I believe users in any industry where cost effective advertising is essential can gain massive benefit from the technology Drop has created.

PROS

As an exclusive user of RVM technology for over 2 years, Drop has been the vast majority of my experience and usage, and no other platform has come close to delivering the same metrics, performance and results they have. They have mastered the technology and the results have proven that. I truly believe that this medium of advertising is the most cost effective and efficient way to engage new prospects and consumers, as well as re-engage current and old customers. I have almost entirely moved from traditional online ads to this as the results speak for themselves.

CONS

The experience has been great with the technology, I have no complaints, and have been able to successfully grow my businesses with it.. I will be a customer as long as I can!

Reason for choosing Drop

The other technology simply does not compare in cost and results. Drop is way ahead of their competition at this point in the game.

BEST OPTION OUT OF THE THREE SERVICES WE'VE TRIED - BY FAR

We use RVM to reach specific b2b target markets in a cost efficient way. And in a way that allows us to get our whole 'elevator pitch' out at a time that the prospect chooses to listen to their messages, instead of interrupting their day with a sales call.

PROS

So we came to Drop from having used a couple other RVM platforms, both of which worked well. What attracted us to Drop initially was the pricing was lower than any other we'd seen. But after using it almost daily it for a little over 3 months, that price advantage has been compounded significantly because Drop somehow gets better results in terms of response traffic per drop blast. I couldn't tell you exactly why this is but 100k blast on Drop outperforms the other 2 services we have used sgnificantly. And since the pricing is lower, the ROI is that much better.

CONS

The platform works fine. It feels robust and responsive in terms of having the capacity to blast out the drops as soon as you need to. If Im going to nitpick, I's say they could add a little more in the way of explanations for some of the terminology/functions. Some of these features can be mistaken for one another so its necessary to have an explanation of exactly what each feature is. Drop does have that, but they could be more thorough.

Reasons for switching to Drop

initially it was about pricing

Great RVM Service

PROS

The team at drop.co has helped us really stretch the value of RVM. I didn't have much success using other vendors and was getting frustrated. Very glad I took the plunge and finally switched providers. The price and delivery has been nothing but great. We see instant ROI on ALL campaigns that we deploy! I'll be a user for life!

CONS

If you have big lists, you will need to upload the lists a few hours before sending.
