Easy integration with standard email software.

My experience with TextMagic was positive and I have already told a couple colleagues about it. I was really blown away at how well it worked to market our products.

Very easy to set up and use for all our staff with emails under our business domain. Works without needing any input from IT support team.

I suppose I could complain about it not being free, but that would be silly.

Easy setup, fair pricing , reliable for business environments, instant support, didn't encounter any downtime the last 5 years.

I like the fact that I could store my customer lists right there inside the app.

And browser notifications are not working. I also wish we could do a template it auto-inserts for the start of every chat/text.

The price is of great value ,compared to what you can do with TextMagic. It's great at coordinating your text campaigns and it is extremely easy to set up and use.

I think the biggest advantage of this platform is its simplicity. It's easy to pick up as a user and communicate in a secure way across organizations.

Overall TextMagic is a good service to use if you are simply trying to reach a mass amount of people at once.

It was easy to keep text conversations organized in the app. They also have an iPhone app that allows you to manage your text marketing from virtually anywhere.

Main downside was the inability to set up recurring surveys - would have been even easier if we could have scheduled the survey to run for multiple days.

The best i like the most is sending bulk messages. It is really helping me in media organisation to send messages.

I have nothing but praise for TextMagic. Extremely effective, cost efficient way of knowing exactly when a guest has made a booking.

If we do not keep the contacts current, mass texting may go out to contacts who are no longer with the company.

I like the ease of use and options to organize the driver phone number list. It gets the messages out to them.

We text customers if we have a mobile no. (with delivery info). Means no chance of our delivery instructions going to Spam.

Great product and easy to use for not very technical people.

Ability to use a local number - THIS IS A BIG one. Integration with Zapier to Mailchimp.

This is a difficult question. But must be that it cost money to send texts.

It was very easy to build messages, and send them out. You are able to reach a large number of people at once.

We are overall pleased with this program and will enjoy every new update they make in the future as it can only get better.

Only minor grief is it breaks messages up into pieces.

I do it through TextMagic and it helps us a lot towards making good customer service happen.

Although I can not deny that we are evaluating other services to verify if the problem is from TextMagic or the recipients.
