Pros:

It's easy to use, value for money and makes our message sending smooth and trackable. Customisation and how it will look in the receiver's phone make it more better to use.

Cons:

There are some bugs & issues, such as when the reminder doesn't go off from the Meta side, so you have to check to be sure. But with constant improvement and fixes, I guess this will get better.

Pros:

Wati helps us reach our audience very easily, and we also use it for customer support. The mobile app makes it easy to chat with our users, and the detailed analytics provided by Wati are very useful. The chatbot feature is also excellent. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Cons:

I feel that customer support could be faster, but it is helpful. The mobile app can sometimes be glitchy, and the Wati dashboard often becomes laggy, especially when exploring analytics and broadcast history. The pricing is high compared to other alternatives. In short, Wati should work on these areas.

Without a verified Meta account, the subscription was unusable, yet there was no straightforward way to end it through the dashboard. Overall, the experience felt deliberately obstructive and very disappointing.

Pros:

this product was easy to set up. The team’s guidance, insight, and deep experience with Meta made the process seamless, and they were always ready to help resolve any issues that came up, unless you want to cancel then it becomes extremely difficult.

Cons:

What I liked least about this product was how difficult it was to cancel my account. The process is confusing and filled with unnecessary friction — support becomes unresponsive once you request cancellation, and the chatbot and documentation use dark patterns that make it hard to find the actual cancellation form.

WATI has been a game-changer for our web development agency, especially in helping creators launch and scale online. The platform makes customer communication seamless through its WhatsApp Business API integration. We love how easy it is to set up automated flows for onboarding, webinar reminders, and follow-ups. The user-friendly dashboard ensures our team can hit the ground running without needing extensive technical knowledge.

Cons:

The only improvement I’d suggest is related to campaign targeting. When we use filters for scheduling campaigns, it only applies to users available at the time of scheduling. If WATI could apply filters dynamically at the campaign’s scheduled time to include all relevant users, it would take the tool to the next level.

We've been using WATI since last 2 years at GetSupp. After the initial onboarding and integration, we were able to quickly get started with our use cases such as - retention, QnA flows, cart flows and more. We like how the platform is easy to learn and gives you flexibility to experiment quickly. There is also a detailed repository of how to/ what to use cases along with case studies and examples. The APIs are comprehensive, reliable and accompanies with proper documentation for our team to get started. Over all we are happy with WATI and will definitely recommend it to budding/ growing consumer business across the world!
