"It allows us to automate everything from user registration to prize redemptions, while still keeping the tone very human and personalized."

"G Sheet plugin sometimes crash abruptly which can cause slight delay in task but happened only very few times, each time support team stepped in to help us"

"Worst thing i found is that the chat gets expired in 24 hours and as a user you cannot send your clients any messages after 24 hours. Since we use it for client communications, we have to move the client to another whatsapp number in order to keep the communication up."

"Occasionally the speed of auto replies and chatbot replies is slower than expected and the customer support is not useful as the replies given are always links to articles/documentation already available which is mostly read first and since we were not able to find a solution that is when we contact customer support but it creates a useless loop."
