"It saves time by centralising push, SMS, and email campaigns and gives us good insights into open rates and engagement. Once you learn your way around, it becomes straightforward to build and launch campaigns quickly."

"I also liked the reporting aspect shown on the dashboard for each campaign, e.g. sent, delivered, clicks, opens etc."

"The limitations on reporting while using as API (example: very hard to get KPIs on a marketing campaign level when those campaigns are built externally and executed only by XP)"
