Jugnoo - Affordable Ride for people

Overall experience with Jugnoo is the best. I use it for a quick ride for shopping or going to nearby places for shopping or movies etc. The app is easy to use and user-friendly. Prices are really affordable which makes it the best experience using jugnoo.

Pros:

The best thing about Jugnoo is the charging rate. The fair charge is the cheapest and most affordable in the market.One can book an auto within 4kms for the best minimum prices.

Cons:

The cancellation of a ride by the pickup driver is the worst thing, sometimes it makes us book a ride again and the cancellation charge gets in the bill. Another thing that I liked least is driver generally asks people to pay in cash since Jugnoo takes 1 week or 2 to pay their drivers and they have to wait to get their payments.

Excellent Provider

The main business issue we are solving is fulfilling the transportation needs of families in remote areas. They are benefiting by getting transportation at their finger tips, any day, any time.

The estimated cost before you confirm the ride request and Manual rides features are the best for our Customers and Drivers so we love it.

jugnoo is a good product but the developers don't create updates for raising issues and address problems accordingly and fast also mainly but the user experience on UI

Administration panel, It is easy to use and cost-effective. It does not require a large number of people to handle a large flow of riders.

Cons:

The administration panel cannot be used by anyone who is not fluent in English.

Book Cab/Taxi at Fair price : Jugnoo

My overall experience with jugnoo is awesome.I can easily reach on time in my parties or wherever I want to go.Prices are affordable so lots of savings for me.I personally liked the customer support that jugnoo provides which makes jugnoo better than its competitors.

Pros:

Best application for booking taxies/cab also the UI is user friendly, easy to use.I used ola, uber and jugnoo but jugnoo provides much more discounts as compare to ola and uber. Easy to book cab/taxi in most of the major cities.I personally liked to book jugnoo.

Cons:

Drivers will not accept the request if the distance is less. Sometimes drivers will ask you payment method if you say online then they will cancel the request.one more thing few times appropriate locations are missing on Google map,if google map can be updated then it will be great.
