Very User Friendy

Getting members to sign loan documents through edoc is super easy and very easy to use!

PROS

With everyone not wanting to get out as much to do paperwork, it's so easy to send documents through edoc for signatures!!

CONS

Overall easy to use, only thing that might be better is if the authorization code was available for longer than 24 hours. Most of my members don't get into their email immediately to sign documents and their code expires.

Easy one to many mail merge

Murphy offers hands down the best customer service, I've ever experienced. Always quick and correct support. It's very helpful for us, when needing to write "tailored" mass emails.

PROS

The most impactful feature, is that it allows us to create word documents and send emails quickly, without much coding/programming.

CONS

Limitations to not create Excel. The fact that it has to use an external mail sender.
