I greatly enjoy the ease with which borrowers can upload their documents quickly. The LO is notified and you can go in a review them to make sure it is exactly what you need.

I love the ease of the program and the red, yellow , and green lights for our customers. The overall concept is amazing.

It is super intuitive and effective. If you enjoy getting calls at all hours asking how to do your online application, this isn't for you.

We have it linked with our Box.com account for encryption and cloud storage and unfortunately there is no way to link the Floify folder with our internal buyer folder.

Every time I had to use the support team, they responded right away and they were always able to help and very friendly.

System glitches with docusign most recently but I believe this problem was fixed and we are now back up and running.

I love how your reps was able to create an app like icon on my smartphone so I could access it while on the go.

He offers training which is easy to follow and is always available whenever you call and if he's not there's another floify customer service rep that is easily available.

A little confusing without a tutorial. Maybe a few more features at the lower package.

The number of emails clients receive was excessive, mainly because some clients took a very long time to satisfy conditions but almost all of them got very frustrated after a while.

User interface needs some polishing. Some features are in hard to find areas.

Borrowers think that the process is super easy and intuitive.

It has streamlined workflows and increased efficiency. We love it and a couple of small development tweaks would make it perfect in every way.

It auto-follows up on what I need from clients and keeps running tabs on what's been sent in, cleared, and what's still outstanding.

Making changes to needed documents after flow is created is a bit difficult to find. Also stopping the auto reminders is hard to find too.

I really like the capability of making your own preset files, then when you have a new prospect or client, you can easily select a work flow that best suits your current file.

Sometimes the system lags and delays my applications. However, it does not happen too often.

I like that it neatly organizes all the documents that you requested from a borrower, and its all done through a secure portal.

I couldn't conduct business without the CRM. Support is very good and training materials are very good.

The system does help keep track of all your activities with your clients and allows for great follow up features, it integrates great with Bombomb  and other feature.

Reporting is busted and absolutely unusable, and requesting data downloads for offline storage is so much more trouble than it should be.

I've tried many different CRM's in the past and Jungo by far is worth the money.

Endless customization and automation. Reports and dashboards are easy to set up and great for analyzing productivity and future pipeline.

It has also made things easier for my assistant  and marketing to increase sales. When I have run into issues with integrating issues with other items the Support line was quick to help and solve.

It is difficult to set up automation with api and other software.

I like that it's based on Salesforce and has a lot of configuration and customization options. I like that they did put an effort into customizing it for our specific industry.

The email campaigns were great and some what easy to use. Content was more geared towards your American clients with limited Canadian options.

Incredibly complex and way to many links. The biggest complain I have was how complex and difficult it was to move data from my Filogix account to Jungo to the point I stopped using jungo.

This software is a must have for any mortgage professional. A little tedious to get going but once youre up and running it is amazing.

But Jungo's greatest strength is how knowledgeable and helpful their support team is. It starts at the top and includes everyone you interact with.

I like how it integrates with encompass. Great to manage pipeline.

Worst customer service experience I've had for a product I paid for.

The monthly cost is relatively low, the customer support is great, and they always have something being upgraded. I absolutely loved using this as a mortgage broker.

The software can do about ANYTHING, but I have trouble figuring out the Workflows without being afraid of messing something up.

Integration with other apps is a pain as you have to call other companies to work with you on setting up within Salesforce.

They forgot to shut it off when i sent in the email to shut it off and then blamed it on me after i brought it to their attention.

Implementation was impossible. Similar complain many mortgage brokers in Canada have.

Incredibly disappointed with how much I wasted my money on this.

I bet I'll really like it after I master this CRM. I hate that I have to speak with Salesforce tech every time I need to put in a ticket.

It can be difficult to get the hang of this software when you first start using it, but once you get the hang of it, you will be a master.

The staff are awesome as well to help get you there.

Overall experience with jungo has been great. Support is friendly and the platform is very powerful.
