It also helps organize marketing. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 4 Value for money 4 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: I like my daily custom reports and weekly Reffinity referral partner reports (which absolutely generate more referrals). Encompass integration is great too. Once set up all functionality is outstanding. Cons: The learning curve and getting everything setup is extremely complex. I feel like I'm halfway to being a real web developer now. Instructions for integrations and such are many steps and complex, but support team is helpful. Jungo uses the salesforce platform. When you have a question or issue, you need to reach out to salesforce. I have had multiple experiences where salesforce lets me know that since I purchased the system through Jungo that I need to reach out to them, and then Jungo lets me know I need to reach out to salesforce. It is awful. I have issues where birthday emails don't go out automatically. This cannot be fixed without me having an IT department. I explained when getting the product, it was for just me. I do not have an IT department. This is one of many similar issues that I have run into. They uploaded my database with information on clients not included as well as a lot of incorrect information. I sent them Xcel spreadsheets to use, so I do not understand why it was incorrect. Now I am too nervous to have them take another look because I have spent a month going through one at a time making the corrections I found. Ratings Breakdown 1 Ease of use 1 Value for money 1 Customer support 1 Functionality Pros: I liked most what the salesperson shared with me the system would be able to do and what they told me the ease of use would be. Unfortunately, this has not been accurate Cons: I do not like that the system is not easy to use unless you have a dedicated employee to run the system. It also doesn't do a good bit of the features I had asked that it be able to do. I can pretty much do it all. I like that it has functionality that will allow me to grow my business and integrate it with other services that are compatible with my business. Cons: I came from no CRM before using Jungo so it was A LOT to take in. The program can do so much that it was a bit overwhelming at first. The online training helps a bit to get started but it's best to focus on just one aspect at a time to not be overwhelmed Reasons for choosing Jungo Sales team was helpful and I saw how much it could do for my business if I could be willing to put in the time to learn all of its aspects. It made everything much simpler and we were staying in from of our prospects and clients. However in time, its luster faded and it just became a tool with a lot of promises but very few that work. If you want a good CRM and drip marketing agent, Jungo is your product. If you're trying to step up past that, its not as effective. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 3 Value for money 1 Customer support 2 Functionality Pros: I like Jungo because it's customized to the mortgage industry. It allows users to utilize the enormous power of Salesforce but not get bogged down by all the utilities. I really enjoy the closing email of the week because it gives you weekly content for your clients and prospects. Cons: The customer service department is snail crawl slow. They are very slow to respond to issues and they still have to check in with Salesforce, which makes it even slower. Many of the tools that they advertise don't work, at least for us, I.e."the Property Listing", "Ijungo Concierge" etc. Reasons for choosing Jungo At the time, it was a better product.
