The easy of setup into our environment was a well thought out plan, the end user experience was good, no users complained of any performance issues and we were able to provide a solution to a remote workforce. We experienced telephony audio. It took months of troubleshooting to resolve delaying implementation. Response time in getting answers to questions, replacing faulty hardware, etc. is very slow. Although users access identical versions of the same desktop, they can have different experiences and performance on the desktop with no explanation. The Dizzion team has been instrumental on getting us onboarded very quickly and also worked very closely with us to create the master images for each of our clients in a very timely manner. All of the programs function as usual. Another great option from an security perspective is that you can require users to access programs through Dizzion, such as web-based databases, which provides an extra level of security. Dizzion can also be set so that passwords and browser history are not saved, which may be a bit cumbersome for the user, but certainly has its benefits.
