Some of the key features we love about Syxsense would be the Built in Remote tool, the Site health overview, and the easy to read dashboards.

I have been using it for more than a year now and it has been the best product I have ever used when it comes to manage organization devices.

The software allows us to easily manage the Windows/software patches to our fleet of users forces to work remotely due to Covid-19. The software was easy to deploy and fairly intuitive to use.

My over experience with Syxsense Manage has been excellent.

The ease of use, we have spent less time managing the program and less time assisting with issues since the deployment of CMS/ Patch Manager.

I love the ease of connecting to a users machine. I love the ease in packaging the software.

When I came into this role there had been a lack of follow up from my MSP on why patches where failing and as a result the estate wasn't patched to a level I was happy with.

This has been very important as remote working has increased across the board.

Moreover, it makes the environment much easier to take care of having so many useful functionalities that help us in a Daily basis.

Then, after the last update, it stopped. Also, I noticed that there was a box added to the recipents computer that shows when we connect and offers a disconnect option in the center of the screen.

Each major update seems to improve the UI and simplifies existing processes within the system.

My overall experience is great. This has become my go to application and is used daily for me. I enjoy the ability to connect to a users machine without approving the connection.

Ease of use, We found the interface so easy to navigate and was very intuitive.

The sales team worked with me on cost to meet our desired budget and support has been nothing short of great.

The product is exactly what we were looking for from a patch management solution. It is flexible, salable and cost effective as well as easy to manage and maintain.

Their customer service was also excellent. They were very quick to respond, always available to help, and good people all around.

This may be operator error but there seems to be a gap in assessing and deploying patches to machines that  need them.

I like the ability to see statuses at a qucik glance and this product provides that.

The automated tasks you can create for scanning, patching and deploying is amazing.

Users have been disconnecting the session as that was the first time they saw that box and they panicked.

I'm missing an addon for Chromebooks. With that we could get user information from Chromebooks.

The licence key being on the config.ini which also managed dns forwarders and bypass ip is difficult to manage once the product it out.

For several years, WebTitan has supported us with a reliable web filtering tool that has served us well. We're confident that it's blocking and slowing traffic as we've set it up.

Easy to implement, easy to use, it is a very intuitive solution, it records all internet requests.

Additionally, its set-up is superb easy and it can be done in just few minutes that save my time and energy as well.

We have had various issues with the product that are hard to track until you stumble on them.

Really quick and easy to implement. We've got DNS protection and web filtering running in a matter of minutes even when most of us are working from home.

Overall, easy to use solution that works off of categories, but still is easy to whitelist or blacklist given domains, etc.

Their customer server is stellar. While I'm paying more, it's worth the benefits.

The price was very competitive considering the number of features we have access to. They also had the ability to white-list which was a key feature that others I've tried struggled with.

So far I can block NSFW stuff people are looking at and also stop the possible infection due to those sites.

Pricing is competitive with other web filtering technologies we have deployed in the past. Active Directory integration is a great feature and helps you identify user behavior.

The people at WebTitan were fantastic in getting thier product up and running and making sure that it did the job it was supposed to. Follow up were great and much apprecitaed.

We had be fairly happy with our previous solution, but they kept driving up the price, forcing us to look elsewhere on our limited budget, and WebTitan was willing to work within our price range.
