On top of the quality software product, the customer service goes above and beyond. On more than one occasion, I've gotten responses and fixes to glitches even when I'm contacting the company outside normal business hours. As I find little bugs or opportunities to correct something in the software, the team responds with a fix usually within hours. I could not be more pleased with the support this company gives to their excellent product. It's a quick way to get your Ebay items to Facebook. If not for the Email support and quirks in the video library, I would give it a another star. When I update my eBay store, my Facebook store updates automatically. In addition, I the software permits me to make very professional looking product videos in a few minutes. I can save them locally and post them on Facebook, eBay, YouTube, etc. The software also sends out automatic feedback reminders to my Ebay customers. My Ebay rating has increased several points as a direct result of this option. Cons: Customer support is done via email. Sometimes takes 2 - 3 days to resolve an issue. Once a product video is created using their software, it cannot be edited. As a result, if you need to make a change, you can upload the original video, make changes, then save it as a new video. So, you may end up with 5 or 6 slightly different copies of one video. This would not be so bad of an issue, but there is no way to delete the drafts you do not wish to keep. The video library gets cluttered up pretty quick.
