Pros/Cons
Pros
- Smart tables are one of the most interesting tools; the capability to customize information is very useful. The most important tool is the support that is provided by your employees.
- Excellent team always available for customized development.
- Easy interface with commonly used software is useful.
Cons
- Some problems with the translations, to understand if a text is waiting to be translated or is wating to be imported.
- Not easy to use, when there are problems is very difficult to manage without help.
Pros
- It's easy to use and great for organizing, tagging, and retrieving your digital assets. It's also very scalable, which is nice.
- It is the perfect combination of OOTB design and customization opportunity such that any company can implement this product to fit their needs while not feeling overwhelmed.
- Overall, this is a great tool to share all our many photos and visual assets. It creates a nice visual and the download options are great.
Cons
- Inability to connect to SAP (for now). Privacy features are a little confusing to understand and implement, making it harder to bring people into the system.
- I know that this has to do with the upload metadata and probably is related to user error. Perhaps if there was a more automated way to add search criteria when uploading, this wouldn't be an issue.
- Hard to do advanced searching with filters—they work in kind of a frustrating way that's hard to explain succinctly.
