Pros
- It possesses the power to store messages and emails and deliver with great responsibility. This diligence is one of the best communication platform for business companies and clients.
- I like the ease of use, it is intuitive and very powerful. It is easily the best e-mail marketing software I have used so far.
- Overall great platform that has met all of our needs. Customer support is very friendly and will provide detailed explanations regarding helping you to use and optimize the service.
Cons
- But we still have problem with connections with our database.
- Few inconvenient thing about manual email creation.
- Sometimes it is necessary to send to .xls and compare with others products. It is not possible to use optout lists, blacklists and exclusion lists in the segment.
Pros
- We are impressed with our onboarding specialist and are thrilled with our Referrizer experience so far.
- I like the easy process flow to set up automations, the thoughtful l features like Smart Text. The UI is also pleasant to look at and engage with.
- Referrizer has provided excellent support for our day to day communication and many promotional efforts at our company. The customer service is outstanding, usually handling issues within a day.
Cons
- No DKIM and SPF support; makes email campaigns mainly go to spam.
- For a marketing company they came on extremely strong, pushy and terrible listeners.
- I may not be there yet because I am a month into using the system but I want more analytics. Also, when beginning my service, all services were not available to me and that was a little annoying.
