What I liked most about VTEX is the value for my money spent & its ease of use. I really appreciate how smooth of a transaction I experienced & the customer support after the sale. The process was very smooth. VTEX was reporting steps as the process went on.

Ctos and Cios Must have !!

When introduced to this software I absolutely fell in love the first time I used it. Day one today 60 and I'm still loving everything about it.

Pros:

Workarea has an easy, straightforward interface that utilizes search, enabling even the newest user to easily find their way around. It has also implemented many features which one would hope to have in a robust ecommerce platform.

Cons:

I am always hesitant to recommend any ecommerce platform that is proprietary to the developer. It creates a situation where the marriage between retailer and developer is essentially permanent. If the retailer become dissatisfied with the developer, they are unable to "pick up and move" unless they choose to replatform. Knowing this, a retailer needs to go into things very certain that they want to work with that developer long-term.

Cons:

It is easy to administrator because it's modularized and easy to search the information that you need to change something or configure another thing. Vtex covers various business models

With the same platform it was possible to structure a robust and scalable omnichannel architecture. In addition, the same software was able to serve all business models of the company: B2B, B2C, B2E and market place.

Great e-commerce solution
