The editions feature was initially confusing, but that was user error. The staff has been helpful in answering any questions I have.

I cannot say enough great things about their customer service and support. It is timely, comprehensive and delivered with an unexpected level of friendly interactions.

Also, customer service has been excellent. All of my concerns have been addressed quickly, including a change to the functionality that was made for me personally as a single user.

It also allows easy posting to social media. There is the additional advantage of reporting in various formats that allow for inventory analysis.

The extent of user customization is somewhat limited.

It is easy for me to add new objects either individually or to do a batch upload using an Excel spreadsheet. The customer service has been fantastic.

My small museum houses over 9,000 artifacts in over 12 buildings on site and many locations off site. There was no way to accurately track location of each object besides a very extensive paper trail.

Limited on how you can print labels, Not able to store music or audio files in the app itself.

I've used PastPerfect in my previous jobs and while it can do many (many) things, CatalogIt is so simple and attractive and so much less expensive.
