Pros/Cons
Pros
- General happiness in having this product. I recommend it to some friends because of the need to have something like this in the business world.
- I am very happy with the support as we are learning how to use the software and making changes to fit our needs. My requests are answered promptly and the Help Chatline is great.
- We have multiple programs and enter point to our organization and it is great to see how individuals are interacting with our organization and easy to track.
Cons
- This company seems to forget that the client is the customer. Phone calls, emails are responded to with what we perceive as aggression and a feeling that we have been an annoyance.
- Most recently we have encountered issues with customers being charged multiple times because a 'patch' had not been installed correctly to stop multiple transactions from occuring.
- It's not always the most forgiving in fixing mistakes of human error.
Pros
- Sawyer is the perfect solution for a small business like mine looking for a simple and user friendly program to help book and reserve classes and birthday parties.
- Its easy it’s friendly, great design. The price for what you get is good and the support team is always there for me.
- I think this is a great product that is easy to change and work with from the backend. I love the customer service help I get as well, truly an amazing product.
Cons
- The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.
- I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
- The way they address their clients and the way they are deeply out for information (emails of their clients', clients) - they are even sneaky about it.
